Study Plan for CMA Foundation Exam to clear it in the 1st attempt
1. Ensure Conceptual Clarity of the Subjects from the CMA Foundation Study Material
Study Material provided by the Institute should be studied thoroughly. The practical papers require a lot of practice. Theory papers should not memorized blindly as it is important to link various topics and understand them along with developing an ability to re call them in the exams.
2. Create a proper Time Table and stick to it.
Prepare a timetable so that the CMA Syllabus is covered within a given time period. After doing that, refer to the practice manual, scanner and appear for tests.
3. Set achievable targets.
Set targets for a day that is achievable. Do not set such targets which are impossible to achieve. It will only lead to exam burden and not help in any way. Aspirants must try to finish the entire syllabus at least three months before the main exam. One and a half months should be dedicated for revision. During the revision phase-only go through the previous chapters which are completed, and focus on improving the weaknesses
4. Create Notes & mindmaps
While studying the chapters make short and handy notes of the topics. Try to make mind maps or charts to easily remember things. These will be handy for last day of revision too.
5. Keep enough time for atleast 2-3 revisions of all the portions.
All the best for CMA Foundation Exams. CMA intermediate requires a higher study time, focus and commitment.
